He studied acting at a young age at the Drama Centre in London. His film debut was in Ridley Scott’s Black Hawk Down which earned him thousands of loyal fans. Since then, he has had numerous roles in action films including Star Trek Nemesis, Bronson, Warrior, Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy, Revenant (for which he earned an Academy Award nomination for best supporting actor), Mad Max: Fury Road, Legend, Inception, The Dark Knight Rises, Dunkirk, and Venom in which he played Eddie Brock. He has also played in TV roles here and in the UK including Band of Brothers. Hardy has also been on stage in both countries. His piercing blue eyes and full lips make him prime leading man material for sure!
The tabloids have followed Tom Hardy’s love life through the years which have included his marriage to Sarah Ward and then later to Charlotte Riley. He has a son by Sarah Ward named Louis Hardy. He has been involved with several actresses in long term relationships. Among them Linda Park (the Korean actress) and Rachel Speed with whom he had a second child. There has also been some speculation that Hardy is gay. When asked about this, Hardy often skates around the answer with the press.
